A: Reserve directly through our Reservations page or by calling (646) 889-8700.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Standard reservations do not require a deposit. We may need one for larger groups, private events, or peak dates. Please confirm when booking.

Q: Can I request specific seating?

A: Yes. We do our best to honor seating requests, including window views of Central Park South, based on availability.

Q: What are the minimum spends for private events?

A: Minimums vary by date, season, and event type. Daytime events typically begin at a lower minimum spend, while evening and peak-season events are higher. Our team will provide a customized quote for your event.

Q: Do you have cover charges?

A: There is no cover charge except for ticketed events.

A: Yes. Unless reserved for a private event, Center Bar is open to the public. Please check our events calendar or call ahead to confirm.

A: Yes. You can book film, television, and photo shoots through our events team.

Q: What types of food do you offer?

A: Menus feature seasonally inspired plates ranging from shareable small plates and sushi to plated entrées and decadent desserts.

Q: Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

A: Yes. Many dishes are available VG, V, or GF. Examples include hummus (VG/V), roasted Brussels sprouts (GF/V/VG), and lobster tail skewers (GF).

Q: Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

A: Outside food is not permitted, except for celebration cakes (plating fee applies). Guests may bring wine or champagne for a corkage fee.

Q: Are outside caterers allowed?

A: Yes. Approved outside catering partners may be permitted for specific events, provided they have proper insurance. Please confirm with our events team.

Q: Where is Center Bar located?

A: 10 Columbus Circle, 4th Floor, right off the escalator, inside The Shops at Columbus Circle.

Q: Is there parking or valet service?

A: Parking is available at the 24-hour garage at 338 W 58th St and other nearby garages. Valet is not available.

Q: What are the late-night entry directions?

A: Use the 60th St & Broadway entrance, then take the escalator/elevator to the 4th floor.

Q: How long will you hold my reservation if I’m late?

A: We hold tables for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Call ahead if delayed.

Q: Is there a time limit for tables?

A: During peak periods, table times may be limited to 2–3 hours. Guests are welcome to stay longer if continuing the food and beverage service.

Q: Can guests pay separately at the table?

A: Yes. Split checks are available—just let your server know at the start.
